Semi-Permanent Display Tower
The challenge: The display needed to be engineered to exact specifications utilizing standardized materials sourced only through Best Buy’s approved supply chain. In addition, the project schedule and timelines needed to include, and work around, the Best Buy internal approval process and the Best Buy approved materials list, while budget restrictions were tight.
The solution: Leveraging our global sourcing team, we were able to deal directly with Best Buy’s certified raw material suppliers in China to shorten the communication and approval processes and accelerate the build cycle by more than two weeks in order to meet timelines. We worked with both the retailer and the brand to ensure that compliance requirements and overall objectives were met.
The results: With a total turnaround time of less than six weeks for more than 1,100 Best Buy U.S. locations, the client saved time, money and was ultimately highly satisfied with their retail display investment.
