Novartis Consumer Healthcare - Thrive Objective

In 2007, Novartis Consumer Healthcare Canada launched a new, exciting nicotine replacement product called Thrive, designed to help smokers quit in 12 weeks. As a new product in a growing category, the brand needed to make an immediate impact and secure strong positioning within its target retail accounts.

With this date being pushed back almost a full year, our involvement with the Thrive brand grew to the role of “brand design guardians”, with our role growing to monitor and manage.

Solution

  • Originally brought in as a production house, Artisan’s role grew to encompass the monitoring and management of all Thrive creative output from all agencies and retailers to ensure the integrity of the global branding.
  • Artisan helped develop and execute all in-store retail marketing initiatives for the initial launch including retail specific displays, print collateral, customer communication tools, web sites and programs.

Result

Under extremely tight timelines, Artisan was able to design, produce and deliver all components of the launch on time.
