Artisan Complete will replace any defective or damaged products free of charge unless it is determined that the defect, damage was not caused through any fault of Artisan Complete. Artisan Complete is not responsible for any product failure or any damages resulting from any product failure due to improper or unsafe handling, assembly, installation or loading of any Artisan Complete product by the customer or any contractors used by the customer.
