Production File Setup
An obsessively detail-oriented team of colour-management experts prepares final files for production.
We use the Esko Automation Engine which increases our productivity through the automation of labour-intensive front-end tasks.

On-Press Client Approvals
Rethink it, revise it, or change it — right up to the moment it hits the press. Our in-line, multi-colour press offers the flexibility to make changes.
Artisan Complete is a certified G7 IDEAlliance Expert. G7 is the highest standard for calibrating proof-to-press and press-to-press across any printing method.
Clean Screen Processing
Artwork is digitally mapped onto screens with Swiss precision instruments.
The screen imaging process eliminates the use of silver oxide, film, and associated heavy waste byproducts.
Our developer washes away non-UV-cured emulsion to create a negative screen for press.
Once a printing project is complete, an automated machine safely removes emulsion from screens for reuse.
Screen reclaiming dramatically reduces environmental waste, using only a few ounces of solvent. The remaining fluid is centrifuge-spun to remove impurities and then processed as biodegradable waste. This translates into better-managed client costs, as screens are returned to like-new condition.
By cleaning screens with our screen-reclaiming machine, we are able to reuse screens 12 times before they are re-stretched, allowing meticulous quality control.

We use seven screen printing presses. We have more screen printing capacity than anyone in Canada.
Combined Screen & Digital Printing
