Kitting and Packing

Smart kitting and packing is about much more than the box or materials that absorb shock and vibration: It’s about planning. Every day, Artisan Complete’s on-​site kitting and packing facility prepares packing for thousands of signs, posters, displays, and category management initiatives:

  • Kitting places all campaign elements in a single kit before shipment to stores
  • Co-​packing places product into a pre-​built display ready for unwrapping and use
  • An on-​site wrap-​making facility connects all pieces to maximize shipping safety while minimizing wasted space
Prototype Testing

Artisan Complete uses the latest ship testing and reporting technology to ship projects that pose unique shipping challenges. Projects are monitored and tested during prototyping, and revisions are made based on customer feedback.

Additional tests are run during production to measure structural integrity. All test methods and procedures are conducted according to ISTA standards. As an ISTA Certified Laboratory, Artisan Complete subscribes to the Association’s stringent testing benchmarks.
