Compress your files before you send them to us. We accept .sit, .sitx and .zip files

Submitting Files via FTP

FTP is a direct-​transfer way to send files to Artisan Complete and can be accessed through FTP client software, including Transmit2 and Fetch (Apple), and Queue FTP and Free FTP (Windows).

To begin your transfer, log in to the FTP site below and enter the following:

• Address: files.artisancomplete.com
• Username: client
• Password: artisan

Please follow-​up with an e-​mail, fax, or phone call detailing what files you have sent and giving instructions to your account executive.

Submitting Files via HTTP

HTTP is a direct-​transfer way to send files to Artisan Complete and is available through most web browsers. To begin your transfer, click on the link below and enter the username name and password:

• Address: http://files.artisancomplete.com/
• Username: client
• Password: artisan

Please follow-​up with an e-​mail, fax, or phone call detailing what files you have sent and giving instructions to your account executive.

Submitting Files via E-​mail

You can send files that are smaller than 4 MB via email to our prepress department at files@artisancomplete.com or to our creative department at creative@artisancomplete.com.
