We’re Green

When Artisan Complete first set out to print with solvent reducing UV curable inks back in 1986, we had no idea how much of an impact it would have on the course of our company. For more than a generation, Artisan Complete has fostered a culture of innovation in the development and production of Point of Purchase marketing. As a result of our investment in those UV curable inks, we understood that we could extend that culture of innovation to make more positive choices for the world around us.

Today, Artisan Complete takes holistic action when it comes to “green” initiatives, one that has seen us cut VOC emissions to just 1% of previous levels, recycle 98% of paper and plastic used in production, and limit chemicals involved during screen reclamation to less than a third of those we once used.

To us, positive environmental approaches are about so much more than being a “responsible corporate citizen,” they’re about being responsible, period. It’s why we’ve formed a guiding Green Committee, invest in resources, improve our working environment, minimize waste, and empower our managers and employees to take the lead in sound environmental practices.
