Community
Artisan Complete takes an active role in its surrounding community with fundraising activities, employee and client sponsorship, and support for volunteerism.
We also have an employee volunteerism program in which employees support many local initiatives as well as many of our client’s charities.
Safety and Wellness
As a total production facility, Artisan Complete takes safety and wellness seriously – receiving WSIB rebates for six consecutive years, and reducing frequency and severity of claims by 99.89% in a three-year-period that saw 240% growth. A dedicated Health and Safety Committee is responsible for updated guidelines, training and a Safe Communities Incentive Program. Full training is provided for:
- WHIMIS
- Artisan Complete health and safety program
- Emergency evacuation
- Harassment and discrimination in the workplace
- Forklift operation
- Recertification for First Aid
